All rates include continental breakfast, high speed wifi internet in all rooms and public areas and mobile business center.

For non resident tourists of the Argentinian Republic, rates do not include the local tax “Visit Buenos Aires”, U$ 1.5.- per person, per night. This tax applies to all guests over 12 years old, for each night of accommodation.

The Hotel will request a credit card guarantee at the moment of booking, which could be preauthorized before check in. Upon arrival, we will request a credit card or a cash deposit to guarantee incidentals.

Check-In time: as from 3 PM. Check-Out time: till 12 PM. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out remain subject to availability and might be charged.

Cancelation / No Show Policy

We accept free cancellations up to 48 hrs. prior to check in. After this period, the hotel may charge the first night or the whole stay as penalty. Unexpected check-outs will be charged with one night penalty fee.

In case of no-show, the hotel may charge one night or the whole stay as penalty.

In the case of non-refundable rates, reservations will be charged to the provided credit card at the moment of booking; no changes will be allowed and if cancelled, hotel will not reimburse the amount charged.

Children Policy

Children under 2 years old, free of charge (in cot).

Children from 2 to 12 pay USD 15+21% VAT per night in extra bed sharing room with 1 or 2 adults.

Children as from 13 years old pay as adults USD 25+21% VAT per night.

All children must check-in with an adult. Hotel will require a valid ID and any valid document stating relationship with the adult.

Hotel Arenales is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking within the hotel premises is subject to a U$D 300.- fine.

At the hotel: Cash in local currency and U$ dollars / Credit cards Visa. American Express, MasterCard / Debit cards Maestro, Visa Electron.

The Hotel will charge in pesos according to the official BNA exchange rate on the day of payment.

Upon check-in, guests should show the credit card with which the reservation was paid for. In case it was paid by a third person, hotel will request copies of both sides of the credit card, passport along with authorization form provided by the hotel.

Hotel Arenales offers transfers to/from domestic and international airports. The cost of the transfer from Ezieza International airport (EZE) to hotel is U$D 60 per car (one way). Rate from Domestic airport (AEP) to hotel is U$D 30 per car (one way).
